General Policies

	Heelys, Wheelies and/or Roller Shoes: For safety and liability reasons, sneaker-type shoes with wheels, rollerblades, roller skates and skateboards are not permitted in the Auditorium. Smoking: By New York State law, smoking is NOT permitted in the Auditorium.
	Will Call Tickets: Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster may be designated for Will Call pickup. These tickets are available 1.5-2 hours before the show - usually at the Auditorium Drive Box Office.
	Parking: Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Auditorium. Parking lot opens 2 hours prior to events. Fees vary depending on event. Additional parking lots are available within four blocks of the Auditorium. When parking in area lots, please heed posted notices. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the owners expense.
	Disabled Patrons: Special seating for wheelchairs and mobility restricted patrons is available ONLY through the Auditorium Box Office.
	Hearing Aids: For most events (except concerts), patrons may stop by the Main Office on the upper concourse and obtain walkman type headsets that augment the public address system. There is no charge for this service.
	Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located on both the north and south sides of the upper concourse. For certain events, facilities are also located on the west end of the lower concourse.
	Lost & Found: Articles found during or after an event are kept in the Main Office on the upper concourse.
	Cameras, video and tape recorders may or may not be permitted by individual events.
	Backpacks & large bags are discouraged and subject to search
	ATM: An ATM is now located inside the Oriskany Street lobby. Miscellaneous: Parking lot opens 2 hours prior to events. Doors open 1 hour prior to most events. Cash (no checks) accepted for all events. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover accepted for most.

The Auditorium Authority reserves the right to prohibit the use or possession of any item or substance deemed, in its sole discretion, to present a potential danger or annoyance or which it otherwise deems unsuitable for presence at a particular event.
